Two-factor authentication matters these days more than ever. This is because with a typical username and password, anyone can gain access to systems that traditionally use passwords. By requiring a user to log in using a security code, a security system is not only protecting his or her account from outsiders but is also ensuring that the person who uses it has strong security.
